The staff at the pickup location were friendly, efficient, and gave clear updates on packaging requirements. Tracking was real-time and incredibly accurate. I could literally watch my package move across the country with precise location updates. What really impressed me was the delivery itself. The item arrived two days earlier than the promised window, in perfect condition despite some very fragile contents. The delivery driver was courteous, called ahead to confirm a convenient time, and even waited an extra minute while I came downstairs, small gesture, huge difference. Communication was top-notch throughout: proactive emails/SMS notifications, no surprise delays, and a real human answered my one quick question within minutes on live chat.
